The accommodation will be booked by organizers and paid by participants. Accommodation requirements stated in the enclosed Application form are binding. Costs for rooms which will not be used and booking cancelled in time will be charged by the hotel to those who booked them. Accommodation booked before May 12th, 2008 will be reserved by 21:00 9:00 p.m.), unless the participant informs the hotel about his/her later arrival. Final deadline for binding hotel bookings is April 15th, 2008.Owing to the cancellation fees, we are not able to guarantee the accommodation required, in case your application is obtained after this deadline. Accommodation is reserved in Hotel Belarie, Sonata or Red Castle.
Hotels Červený zámek and Sonáta are situated just in the place where our conference will be held, Hotel Belaria is in a walking distance (15 minutes). Sauna, swimming pool , tennis are available. Hotel Koruna is situated in a 6-km distance. You should arrange your own transport.

Food is reserved in Red Castle. Dinner is included to conference fee.
